Operating Principle
Filling Process:
The main host operates as an astrolabe to complete circular intermittent movement. Filling utilizes ceramic pump technology with double-head pre-capping and capping mechanisms. Automatic bottle unscrambling and cap-removing manipulators ensure smooth transfer to capping stations, with finished products conveyed to labeling areas.
Capping System:
Cap loading employs vibration hopper technology where electromagnetic oscillation orders caps systematically. The machine hand then precisely loads caps onto bottles to complete the capping sequence.
