Operating Principle
Filling System: The main engine operates with circular intermittent movement through an astrolabe mechanism. Ceramic pump technology ensures precise filling, complemented by double-head pre-capping and capping mechanisms. Automatic bottle unscrambling and cap-removing manipulators handle material handling, with finished products transitioning to labeling areas.
Lid and Cover Station: Cap loading utilizes vibration hopper technology where electromagnetic vibration orders caps systematically, with mechanical handling completing the cap loading sequence.
