Filling Operation
The machine operates using a main astrolabe system for circular intermittent movement, serving as the primary platform for filling and capping operations. It employs a ceramic pump for precise filling, dual-head pre-capping mechanism, and dual-head capping mechanism. Bottle loading is automated via bottle unscrambler, with caps automatically picked up by the cap-removing manipulator and delivered to the capping station. After capping completion, products transition to the labeling area through a star plate system for final collection.
Capping System
Cap loading utilizes a vibration hopper system where electromagnetic vibration organizes caps in proper orientation. The automated mechanism then precisely places caps onto bottles to complete the capping process.
