We are providing such plug system platens to Italy's largest laminating press maker and which has the extreme high quality requirement;deep hole must be drilled from longitudial direction and platen thickness is only 37mm and 20mm diameter drilling must have precise tolerance in the middle joints,so we are providing high precise CNC gun drilling;as they are screw plug system plug sealed and high pressure working,so we must have a tight screw basement hole size,then we can have a tight screw to hold on the plug then pressure.In a word those platens are all by tight tolerance produced and quality control is extremely strict:

Deep hole diameter:20/22/25/28/30/35mm And drilling from both ends and middle joints tolerance within 1 mm

CNC machining for width and length are applicable in order for precise assembly

Surface grinding quality has been specific higher requirement for RA 0.8 Parallizm 0.1mm Flatness:0.10mm,any thickness minus tolerance and defects are not allowed

Surface RA 0.8 Parallizm 0.1mm Hydraulic Testing:100kg/cm2 holding time 20 munites temperature tolerance within 3 c-degrees
