The quality requirement has been detailed from Raw steel plate grade and source to finished hot platen packing:

Raw steel:Q345B(S355J2+N) SIZE:1750*3500*50MM

Deep hole diameter:25mm And drilling from both ends and middle joints tolerance within 2mm

Welding Slots width 30mm and tolerance +0.5mm and depth tolerance +0.5mm

Weldings are not allowed any defects or bubbles,any leaking is not acceptable

Two times hydraulic testing have been done in order to make sure we have no leaking problem

CNC machining for width and length are applicable in order for precise assembly

Surface grinding quality has been specific higher requirement for RA 0.8 Parallizm 0.1mm Flatness:0.10mm,any thickness minus tolerance and defects are not allowed

Surface RA 0.8 Parallizm 0.1mm Hydraulic Testing:100kg/cm2 holding time 20 munites temperature tolerance within 3 c-degrees
