Custom Made Hardboard/Door/Parquet Hot Press Platen

Those hardboard heating platens are designed into longitudinal drillings,the old design has made the platens into three small pieces and joint them with weldings into one big piece later,but doing this there will be risk to be broken later after using and also there will be welding defects on the surface which shall be found not long later after using,so we think the best solution is doing one piece platen with more than 6 meter drilling and slotting depth more than 150mm.Since two year ago we started supplying customer such one piece platen which has been more than success and customers are quite happy with the quality:

The platen size is 1810mm * 5800 *60mm:

Deep hole drilling diameter is 30mm;one side drilling is 3000mm and from both ends 6000mm - joint middle tolerance within 2mm;slotting depth 150mm

Surface RA 0.8 and Parallzim/flatness:0.1mm

Hydraulic testing:15 Mpa Holding time 20 munites
