Custom Made Rubber Compression/Vulcanizing Hot Press Platen For Single Daylight/Multi Daylight Hot Presses
The rubber belt presses are designed into big length can be reached maximum 16 meters;with cooling zone in front and following many separate heating zones.Those platens are made by C45 with heat treatment,so when you do the welding you need to keep the temperature and make the slow cooling or the welding shall be broken;After the final grinding those surfaces will be sanded into RA 0.8 by our big sanding machining which is 4 meters width and 32 meter lengths;for some cases the single platen weight shall be more than 30 tons and we are proud to annouce that we can handle the platen weight upto 40 tons:
