The hydraulic cylinder for short cycle press has the highest quality requirement due to the high pressure,high frequent movement and high temperature.So the cylinder body shall be required by one piece C45 or 42 CrMo forged steel with full Ultrosand testing;and the sea is the keyy for such press,so normally they are Parker or German best brand.And for your reference we list below specification of such cylinders we made for our German and Spain customers:
Cylinder body:one piece forged C45 or 4CrMo steel with fully heat treatment and UT tested passed
Piston:4CrMo or C45 steel forged rod with heat treatment,surface hardened,chrome plating 0.05mm
Flange ring:one piece forged C45 or 4CrMo steel with fully heat treatment and UT tested passed
Seal:German brand or Parker
