Usually Auto-industry hydraulic press will made by four components which shall be bolted together into order easily break down and easily for transportation:press head,press bottom;press movable T-table;press column;We are capable for all of them.As normally for such weldment structures are big size and heavy weight,so we have introduced 5 meters by 10 meters CNC machining center to do machining of those parts.

Those press components will be made from high strength thick raw steel plates S355JR,with stress relief after welding before final CNC machining all the parts can be well stabilized:
