Custom Made Mould Plate / Base Plate / Press Table/ Bolster Plate For Hydraulic Press

Those bolsters plates are made from  steel A36 or C45 as per customer requirement and normally due to the big thickness normally more than 60mm and even up to 800mm,so after CN flame cutting we shall do the stress relief before machining in order to avoid that deformation during CNC machining and final precise grinding

Those bolsters plates are mainly made from fabricated steel weldments and solid bolsters plates,normally there will be more t-slots on the surface in order to fix the moulds or tools on the bolsters in order to mould the products,also surface flatness and parallizm is the key 

And we are fully doing CNC machining for those bolsters plates in order to follow customers' best quality requirement:
