We shall have really big size and weight of such hot press platens,firstly we must have the highest quality raw steel plate C45 from Chinese best steel workshop with the heat treatment to increase the hardness of those hot platens;also prefect weldings shall be required during production as the C45 shall be easy to break when it has that fast cooling,on this point we have the unique experience and we shall keep warm after welding and slow down the cooling speed,then we can maintain that prefect welding quality of such hot platens.Our crane capacity is 40 tons which is enough to handle the maximum weight and length of such hot platens,and our milling and sanding machine with width 4000mm and length 16 meters which is the biggest capacity in China can handle any such big size hot platens.
