Platens are the most important press component on the tyre curing press as it actually does the heating and curing by circulating steam through its steam channels. We produce two types of platens which are fabricated Platens, and solid drilled Platens. Steel plates are from Chinese biggest steel workshop-Baosteel with mill of certificate and UT tested passed. Welding can be 100% sure of the platens through CO2 Protecting welding and submerged arc welding. For the finished hot press platens which are subject to a variaty of tests including dimensional control, leakage test and temperature uniformity test by steam heated up.
