Material requirements of angle steel tower
1. The materials used for the tower shall comply with the requirements of the design document, and all steel materials shall be hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion.
2. All steel products are qualified products of national large-scale steel plants. The selected steel products are attached with quality certificate, steel factory inspection certificate and other original certificates, and meet the requirements of design documents.
3. The foundation screws are connected with anti-theft nuts, and the others are connected with grade 4.8 ordinary bolts. The quality standard of bolt and nut should meet gb5780-86 and gb41-86 respectively.
4. When the welding structure is made of Q235 steel, E43 welding rod is selected. When Q235 steel is used, E43 welding rod is selected. When different strength steels are connected, welding materials suitable for low strength steels can be used.

Payment Term: Usually 50% by T/T as deposit balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.

Package: Normally we use steel wire to make the angle into bundle ,then use special material to protect the zinc, or according to client’s requirement.
