• Disinfect sampler surfaces, petri dish pedestal, and sampling head using medical absorbent cotton soaked in 75% ethanol
• Start the sampler and operate for minimum 5 minutes to allow disinfectant residue evaporation
• Configure sampling parameters according to cleanliness requirements, then place petri dish with medium and cover with multi-hole sampling head
• Position sampler on flat surface 0.8-1.5m above ground level and initiate sampling process
