Hydrogen cyanide exists as a liquid below 78°F (25.6°C) and as a colorless gas above this temperature. It is extremely toxic and poses significant health risks through asphyxiating effects on oxygen-dependent tissues. Our detectors monitor HCN concentrations in parts per million (PPM) to protect personnel from exposure.
