SME-6100 is a BGA Cleaning machine.
SME-6100 is a stainless steel constructure machine by using DI water wash and rinse and hot air dry.
For water soluble flux wash after BGA and reflow soldering.
6100 working process: Wash+Rinse1+Rinse 2+Air blow dry+ Hot air dry.
By using SME latest power spray cleaning technology, the system has following advantages:
1. BGA Auto cleaning system.
2. DI water wash and rinse, super wash result, thoroughly clean water-sular solder paste flux and non-clean flux.
3. Powerful wash section + DI water rinse section+ Air blow section + hot air dry section.
4. DI water supply and drain automatically, post-section DI water overflow to the previous-section to renew DI water.
5. Up/down spary manifolds on wash and rinse sections.
6. DI water spray pressure can be adjusted.
7. Standard equipped with Resistivity monitoring system, resistivity range 0~18 MΩ.
8. Air knives blow dry+ hot air dry system.
9. Dual layger kevlar transport net.
10. PLC control system, English operation interface, easy operation.

Q1: What kind of semiconductor profucts can 6100 clean?
A1: Only BGA water soluble flux after ball mounting and reflow soldering.
Q2: Why is it 55KW?
A2: in wash section, it has 1x12KW heater;in rinse1 section,it has 1x12KW heater; in rinse2 section, it has 2x12KW heater; in hot air dry section ,it has 2x7.5KW heater, and we also have air blowers, electric pumps.
Q3: What is DI water temperature?
A3: Water temperature can heat to 70℃; DI water can heat to 60℃.
Q4: How long the water consumption?
A4: normally 8~12L/Min.
