SME-5600CL is specially designed to remove the all kinds of flux on surface of PCBA.By using water-based liquid and powerful spray cleaning technology, very quick and efficient to remove hard and dry flux and soldering balls on PCBA without any damage to PCBA.
SME-5600LC process include: liquid wash, DI water rinse, hot air blow dry.
SME-5600LC advantages:
1. Wash with water-based liquid to remove conformal coating on surface of PCBA.
2. 2-layers PCBA basket: 610mm(L) ×560mm(W) × 100mm(H) x2 layers.
3. All processes are visible through a large observation window.
4 .Easy operation interface, easy parameter setting.
5. Inner filter makes liquid used repeated.
6.Real-time measure DI water resistivity and monitoring cleaning effect. Resistivity range is 0~18 MΩ.
7. The remaining liquid in the pump and pipes are blown off by compressed air and flow back to cleaning tank. This function saves detergent up to 50%.
8. Liquid wash+DI water rinse, make coated PCBA into a new one.
