SME-5220 Fixture cleaning machine
The SME-5220 fixture cleaning machine is mainly used for cleaning flux on the surface of wave soldering, reflow soldering trays, filter screens, wave soldering grippers, chains, mesh belts, etc. The machine is composed of a cleaning system, a rinsing system, a drying system, a liquid addition and drainage system, a filtration system, and a PLC+PC control system. It can automatically complete the cleaning process in batches, with high efficiency and good results.
The material is made of SUS304 full stainless steel structure, with brand electrical components such as Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron, etc. The 1200mm diameter circular cleaning basket can hold multiple fixtures at one time for batch cleaning. The upper cover of the cleaning is designed with double-layer heat insulation to prevent scalding and protect the safety of the operator. The precision filtration system recycles the cleaning solution and rinsing water, enhancing the utilization efficiency and service life. Industrial control PC +PLC control, easy to operate.
