As a Compat high performance and low cost DI water in line PCBA spray cleaning system for water soluble flux, SME-6100 PCBA deflux DI water in line wash system. SME-6100 mainly used to clean water-soluble solder paste and solder balls on PCBA.
Functional section: Pre-wash+Wash+ Rinse+Final rinse+ Air blow dry+ Hot air dry.
SME-6100 advantages:

Q1: What kind of PCBAs can SME-6100 clean?
A1: Water-soluble solder paste PCBA.
Q2: Can SME-6100 clean PCBA very clean?
A2: Yes, normally we heat DI water to 60℃ and we have up and down 2x8 spray rods with diffirent type of spray nozzles.So it can clean very well, some of our customer are using SME-6100, they like it very much.
Q3: What is the DI water temperature?
A3: DI water can heat to 60℃.
Q4: What is the DI water consumption per hour?
A4: It depends temperature, normally 5~15L/ Hour.
