SME-6140 is a SUS304 Stainless Steel Frame Spray Wash Mini LED And Micro LED PCB Flux With In Line Cleaning System. It is mainly used to clean flux on Mini LED and micro LED PCBA.
Excellent cleaning performance: flux, solder balls, dusts, organic and inorganic contaminations.
Functional cleaning section and process: Pre-wash+Wash+Chemical isolation+ Rinse+Final rinse+ Air blow dry1~3+ Hot air dry1+ Hot air dry2.
Our advanced spray cleaning technology, the system has following advantages:
1. Batch in line cleaning system.
2. Heavy flowliquid wash and DI water spray rinse system.Very good clean result.
3. 3 liquid wash sections + 3 DI water rinse section+ Air blow section +2 hot air dry sections.
4. DI water supply automatically, post-section DI water overflow to the previous-section to renew DI water.
5. Up/down spary system on wash and rinse sections.
6. DI water spray pressure can be adjusted for dirrerent cleaning requirements.
7. Standard equipped with Resistivity monitoring system, resistivity range 0~18 MΩ.
8. 3 Air knives blow dry+ 2 section hot air dry system. Very good dry result.
9. SUS304 stainless flat conveyor net system.
10. PLC control system, English operation interface, easy operation.
11.Many optional functions avalible.
12. Total SUS304 structure, Acid and Alkali corrosion resistance.
