Machine Description:
As a 1200*750 MM BIG SIZE STENCIL AQUEOUS CLEANING MACHINE PLC CONTROL SPRAY CLEANING MACHINE. SME-1200 is a big size, unstandard aqueous liquid spray stencil cleaning machine.
SME-1200 use aqueous liquid to clean, DI water(DM water )to rinse, hot air blow dry; Liquid and water can add and discharge automatically.
Multiple application: solder paste stencil, red glue stencil, 3mm thickness red glue cooper stencil, 3mm red glue plastic stencil, mis-printed PCB and squeegees.
SME-1200 cleaning process: water-based liquid wash--DI water rinse--hot air blow dry.
SME-1200 has the stable mechanism structure--4 cleaning spray rods and 4 air knives fixed at the left and right side of stencil; stencil move back and forth in the cleaning cabinet..
