Screen printing machine squeegees are very hard to clean beause the corners at the 2 end of them; cracks of squeegees and fixing plates are also hard to be cleared.
SME-290 is an off-line, compact, energy-saving , batch cleaning screen printing squeegee cleaning machine. SME-290 can automatically complete the cleaning, rinsing, drying process in one chamber by just push" start" key.
Machine Features:
1. Special designed to clean printing oil, silver paste and other organic and inorganic contaminations on Squeegees .
2. Ultrasonic and spray clean at the same time to clean all the oil off from the squeegees.
3. Clean,rinse,dry process, thoroughly clean, standby and ready to use at any time.
4. 4 squeegee racks : can clean 6pcs 1200mm squeegees in one time.
5. State of the process is visible through a large observation window.
6. Clean detergent heat system heat cleaning detergent to a certain temp, raise cleaning efficiency and reduce clean time.

8. Inner filter makes detergent used repeated. .
