Machine Description
SME-800 MES connected 200V and 415V aqueous liquid solder paste stencil wash machine with no-rinse process.
SME-800 is an automatic, industrial + PLC controlled and MES system connected smart equipment. SME-800 has MES modular and MES port and can provide machine parameters to customers' MES system.
SME-800 Multiple application: solder paste stencil, mis-printed PCB and squeegees.
Machine Features:
1. Process: water-based liquid wash +NO need DI water rinse+ hot air blow dry process.
2. Multi-use: solder paste, mis-printed PCB, squeegee.
3. Stable mechanism: stencil moves back and forth in the wash cabinet while spray rods and air knives fixed.-- make the machine stable and relaible.
4. Excellent cleaning result: up to 4~5kg/cm2 spray pressure and high volume nozzles, very good cleaning result.
5. Real time filtrer system: liquid can be recirculated used, no solder balls comes back to stencil surface again. Especially for precise stencil.
6. Less distance, more efficient:4 spray rods and air knives fixed on left and right side of stencil, 750mm long stencil move distance reduce to 420mm.
7. Pressure meters : cleaning liquid /liquid filter pressure meters on front panel,easy to watch and monitor them.
8. SUS304 stainless steel structure:alkalic and alkacid corrision protection. All pipes, fIlter barrel and pumps are sus304 material, no plastic pipes at all.
9. One key easy operation: just push “start” key, all process are running automatically according to program setting.
10. Visible: window on right side of clean chamber, all process are visible.
11. Liquid cost down: Compressed air blow out remain liquid in pipes and pumps after cleaning process , save up to 50% liquid.
12. PLC control, TP English operation interface: clean time, temp;rinse time, temp; dry time, temp...parameters easy to set and modify.

Q2: Can SME-800/860 clean 3mm thick red glue printed cooper stencil and palstic mask?
A2: can not with no-rinse process, only for solder paste stencil.
