1. Usage:

This machine is a kind of Transport Machinery.As an auxiliary engine of Rubber Kneader,it is used for transporting the materials discharged from Rubber Kneader to rubber mixing mill,rubber sheeting mill,extruder or some other machines for processing,it is a component of mixing rubber(plastic) production line.

2. Working Principle and Structural Feature:

This machine consists of Motor,Reducer, Machine Driven System of china transmission,Guide Frame,Hopper,Electrial Control parts,etc.The hopper move up and down on the guide frame and turnover driven by the transmission system,two limits switch are on the top and at starting position,to control the hopper.

3. Lubrication:

(1). Reducer,No.18 hypoid gear oil and almost.Firstly change oil after two months,lator on change oil once each 6-12 months

(2). Filling lithium lubricating grease when overhaul each bearings

(3). Shelling-out the chains with No.30 machine oil once each month.

4. Installation and Testing Run:

(1). The machine should be fixed as the foundation drawing and filled foundation bolt;

(2). Check the degree of tightness of the chains and adjust them appropriately.The Chains driving hopper should be tensioned appropriately.

(3). During testing run,assure each parts to run stable,no JAM.If not,adjust it timely.
