Rubber Tiles Machine
This machine is used to heat , vulcanize and solidify the rubber compound from mixer machine to be 500*500mm rubber tiles .This machine needs totally 8 set molds . One set molds includes one top mold and two bottom mold . As showed in picture , the machine is equipped with 8 set manual type adjustable rail device , which is used to push mold in and out for easy operation
1. High speed open/close molds, high production efficiency
2. Automatic in/out mold and ejector device, low labor strength
3. Optional normal valve or proportional valve, advanced oil way matching, reduce energy consumption
4. The electric system adopt PLC proming control, which is easy to be operated
