This machine is used to heat , vulcanize and solidify the rubber compound from mixer machine to be 500*500mm and 1000*1000mm rubber tiles .One set molds includes one top mold and two bottom mold . As showed in picture , the machine is equipped with adjustable rail device , which is used to push mold in and out for easy operation.
Configuration of rubber tile making machine
A: Vulcnaizing press Machine Frame: The material is Q345 steel welded, and using Co2 protection welding process. high strength, no air hole, not easy broken, then using the tempering process, to release the internal stress. can not out of shape, at last using the CNC machining center treatment.
B: Vulcnaizing press Machine Heating pipes: Stainless steel ,long using life, material is SUS304
C: Vulcnaizing press Machine Plunger: Vanadium and titanium Alloy Chilled Cast Iron, High hardness (68~72HS )and good abrasion , resistance, can not easy broke the seals
D: Vulcnaizing press machine Hydraulic cylinder: Nodular cast iron, the material is QT-500, hardness 68~72 HS, using the annealing treatment, and flaw detection process choose the best one.
