product Introduction
Usage: the machine is mainly used to grinding waste rubber , tire , tube , flap and break the raw rubber materials.
Structures:It consists of motor, gear-down reducer, driving gears, speed-ratio gears, front and back rolls, bearings, frame, cover, bed plate, adjusting pin device, emergency stop device, roll temperature adjusting device, lubricating device and material plate, etc.
features:
1. The roll is made of chilled cast iron of vanadium and titanium alloy. So the surface is hard andwearable. The internal processing can make the temperature of the roll surface well-proportioned.
2. The machine is equipped with overload protection device and emergency braking device. Thetransmission system adopts either hard booth flank dual axis reducer or new hard tooth flank planet reducer which has compact structure, low noise and high efficiency
3. The base of the machine is a complete piece of frame. That make installation more convenient.
4. Feeding is through the turning cylinder mould, so large piece of rubber can be repeatedly cracked.
