Features:

2.The radius of the tire cut through the tire dismantling machine is placed on the rotating pallet by an operator,the tray is controlled by the worker and the button controls the hydraulic cylinder lift,The cutter will feed automatically and cut to 35mm block. cyclic cutting operation until the ring,after cutting to the mouth ring, the button is returned to the hydraulic cylinder to take down the ring and continue to be placed in the radius tire cut by the tire dismantling machine.

Attention:

1. Before starting the machine, check if the tool, gear, and bolt are loose and wear out. after confirming there is no problem, close the cover.

2. The width of the block is kept 50mm-90mm.

3. Regularly add lubricant and change.

4.Note that the tool should be repaired in time if it is damaged after use for a period of time to avoid danger.
