1.Application

It is used for calendering of rubber or plastics, fabric fractioning and composite of rubber or plastics.

2. Features

1. The rollers are made of chilled alloy cast iron with bored cavities and can be heated by steam or cooled by water homogenously to meet different requirements.

2. Their ground working surfaces are smooth, hard wear-resistant.

3. The top roll has a crown compensation for the bending of the rolls, so the thickness of product is uniform along the width.

4. The connecting gears and the planetary gear reducer are integrated.

5. The friction ratio of rolls can be easily changed only by turning the friction ratio changer to meet the different requirements of topping, fractioning and calendaring sheet.

6. The whole machine is of compact design, low noise and long service life.

7. The rolls and output shaft of gear box are connected by tooth coupling, so the rolls run smoothly, which is favorable for the product quality.

8. The machine is driven by DC motor with SCR, its working linear speed can be steplessly adjusted within a specified wide range of various uses.

9. The emergency stopper is provided to stop the machine in an emergency. Accessories such as let-off unit and wind-up device are provided.
