This machine is mainly used in Rubber & Plastic Product factory for Natural Rubber Mixing(plasticating),Raw Rubber and Compound mixing,rubber warm-up mixing and pressing sheet.

Application

It is a kind of Transport Machinery.As an auxiliary engine of Rubber Kneader,it is used for transporting the materials discharged from Rubber Kneader to rubber mixing mill,rubber sheeting mill,extruder or some other machines for processing,it is a component of mixing rubber(plastic) production line.

Working Principles:

1.The machine consists of motor, reducer and chain drive composed of mechanical transmission system, guide frame, hopper, electric control and other components.

2.The hopper is driven by the drive system to move up and down along the guide frame, and the hopper is raised to the top and the discharge point is flipped and lowered to the starting position, a travel switch is provided to control the operation of the hopper.
When the hopper begins to run, the hopper is raised to a high speed and the hopper begins to tilt. Before the material is discharged, the hopper is slow to ensure smooth operation. When the return stroke begins, the hopper starts to run at a high speed. When it approaches the bottom, change to slow speed,this ensures that the hopper runs smoothly and reliably.
