Application:
For crude and fine breaking rubber black and waste collection.
Working Principle:
This machine is used for breaking, plasticating and mixing of rubber materials. The rollers are made of chilled cast iron with wear-resistant hard surface. The two rollers are grooved. The bored rolls can be cooled homogeneously through inputting steam and cooling water. The two rollers rotate reversely with different speed, so that rubber material can be processed.
Features:
Being made of cold hard alloy catiron, the roll wears well. He roll have 3 type: Double-channeled roll, single-channeled roll and double smooth roll.
The safety shut down in manual operation is set, with the function of automatic crawl back swing the roll.
Convenient range adjustment is set in manually operation. The whole machine adopts channel-bottom head for convenient carrying and maintance.
Structures:
It consists of motor, gear-down reducer, driving gears, speed-ratio gears, front and back rolls, bearings, frame, cover, bed plate, adjusting pin device, emergency stop device, roll temperature adjusting device, lubricating device and material plate, etc.
