UT-King' s Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) Splitter is a type of optical power management device that is fabricated using silica optical waveguide technology. It features small size, high reliability, wide operating wavelength range and good channel-to-channel uniformity, and is widely used in PON networks to realize optical signal power splitting. Oxin provides whole series of 1xN splitter and 2xN splitter products that are tailored for specific applications.
ABS Type PLC splitter are most commonly used in the PON networks. They provide complete protection for inner optical components and cable, and are designed for convenient and reliable installations.
With high volume usage, the PLC splitters are mainly used for various connection and distribution products (outdoor fiber distribution boxes) or network cabinets. Ideal for EPON, GPON, FTTH/FTTX networks
