UT-King’s FullAXS-LC patch cord are commonly used in some Ericsson Remote Radio Heads, the shell encloses duplex LC connectors. Plugs directly into SFP at panel of RRH.FullAXS is a sealing system for optical and electrical interfaces which mates directly into the SFP modules through a bulkhead construction.
To meet the requirements of the next generation of WiMAX and long-term evolution (lte) fiber-to-antenna (ftta) technology, te connectivity (te) has introduced a fullaxs connector system that provides sfp links between remote radio and telecommunications application base stations. The fullaxs fiber optic patch cable is made with the fullaxs connector and outdoor rated optical cable.
Fullaxs fiber optic cable is compatible with a wide range of sfp transceivers on the market, allowing end users to select transceivers that meet their specific system requirements. The water-resistant cable assemblies for WiMAX and lte ftta applications are plugged directly into the fiber transceiver through a plug-in connection to establish a connection. This connection requires a larger capacity of the connector in the z-axis direction.
