Product Description:

MC-ER2180A/ER2182B is a two-component transparent epoxy resin compound that cures at room temperature. It has the following characteristics: high temperature resistance, high hardness, low mixing viscosity, good de-aeration; long working time at room temperature, excellent mechanical properties after curing, low shrinkage ; The cured product has good light transmittance and other advantages.

Applications:

It is mainly used for thin coating, 3D floor coating.

Physical Properties

The above performance data is typical data measured in a laboratory environment with a temperature of 25°C and a humidity of 70%. It is for customer reference only.

Using Instruction:

1. The product to be potted needs to be kept dry and clean.

2.Weigh resin part A and part B hardener according to the given weight ratio into the prepared cleaned container, fully mixed the mixture again the container wall by clockwise to avoid incomplete curing.

3.Take the resin according to the usable time and dosage of mixture to avoid wasting. When the temperature is below 15 ℃, please heat part A first and then mix it with part B (part A will be thicken in low temperature );

4.When the relative humidity is higher than 85%, the surface of the cured mixture will absorb moisture in the air, and form a layer of white mist in the surface, so when the relative humidity is higher than 85%, is not suitable for room temperature curing, suggest to use the heat curing.

Precautions

• The products must be stored in a closed and airtight environment under the condition of 25°C relative humidity <70%.

• Since part B is easy to absorb water vapor and lead to deterioration, the packaging barrel must be tightly sealed with the cover.

• The more the amount mixed together, the faster the reaction will be, the faster the curing speed will be, and it may be accompanied by a lot of heat, please pay attention to control the mixing amount at one time, because due to the accelerated reaction, its use time will also be shortened, and the mixed glue should be used up in a short time as much as possible;

• During the curing process, please keep the environment clean to prevent impurities or dust from falling onto the surface of the uncured glue

• When using the product, glasses and other necessary labor protection supplies are recommended.

Storage And Shelf Life

• Store at the temperature of 25°C or cool and dry place. Avoid from sunlight, high temperature or high humidity environment.
• Use up as soon as possible when opened. It is strictly forbidden to expose to the air for a long time after it is opened to avoid affecting the quality of the products.
• The shelf life is 10 months in the room temperature of 25°C.
