Two-component addition type silicone rubber Silicone Rubber is a two-part, platinum-catalyzed, liquid silicone system that cures(RTV) to 30 Shore A rubber. The polymerization can be accelerated by heat. The silicone components are delivered as liquids,which once mixed and cured transform into a transparent, elastic and resistant material. Polymerization occurs without formation of heat.

The procedure and instruction of making mold (pouring)

Step 1 Handle the original mold
Choose a prefect original mold, Manually polish and smooth the model, clean the surface and dry it. Fixed the original mold in a smooth wooden board, and using 4 pieces wooden board around it to make a square frame.Brushing the release agent evenly on the surface of original mold and wooden board.
4 kinds release agent we often used in condensation silicone mold: Vaseline, soap water, detergent, liquid paraffin(silicone oil also can be used as release agent) 
Step 2 Weight part A & part B
According to the mix ratio recommended,weight two parts in Electronic scale with mix ratio 1:1or10:1
Eg: Take 100g part A and 100g part B
Step 3 Stirring the mixture evenly
Remember to mix part A and part B evenly, otherwise, the silicon rubber will be partly solidified and bring problems in your final operation. What’s more, the finished molds will meet a short life. 
Step 4 Vacuum pumping(3-5 minutes)
For releasing the air bubbles, after mixing evenly, put the mixture into vacuum pumping for 3-5 minutes, without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, it will cause cross-linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available. 
Step 5 Pouring 
Pouring the silicone rubber into the frame from a corner to make the silicone rubber flow into the frame smoothly.
Step 6 Demoulding(releasing)
After 3-5 hours later, the silicone mold can be demoulded , you’d better demould after 24 hours.

Packing & Delivery

20kg per drum, 200kg per drum

 20kg/drum; 480kg/pallet or 640kg/pallet.

Storage and Shelf life

 When the silicone rubber is stored at or below 25 degree Celsius in the original unopened containers, Silicone Base and Curing agent have a usable life of 12 months from the date of production. After 12 months’ stockpiles, please use tool to stir the Part A silicone for some minutes, then the silicone can be use again, no influence for other performance.
1.Store the original packing tightly sealed and at a temperature below 25 degree Celsius.
Use the product as soon as the packaging has been opened.
2.Close the lid tightly after taking out the proper amount of liquid silicone rubber.
