Product Description
Liquid polyurethane plastic casting resin consists of A&B component, B is curing agent, and A is polyurethane prepolymer. It can also be used as a concrete or cement stamping mold as well as for making hard durable rubber parts for machinery or automotive applications.
Polyurethane casting plastics can be cast in silicone mold rubbers without any release agent, but require a release agent when cast in polyurethane rubber molds.

How to use
1. Mix A:B 100:100 by weight. Degas with vacuum chamber (check time).
2. Insert into pressure chamber for about 10 minutes.
3. Demold in 30 minutes, if item thickness is thin, may require longer time before demold.
Tips
1. PU resin will react faster when room temperature is higher. If you think it cure too quickly, you can put PU resin A and B into refrigerator.
2. Once pour required PU resin, tighten the cap quickly.
This product has low viscosity and has great fluidity.
Package:20Kg/drum, 200kg drum
Storage:Store in cool and dry place. If you can’t use one drum up at a time, please inject N2.The storage time of original packing is 6 months.
