Silicone fluid/silicone oil has different viscosity, dimethyl silicone oil, widely used as lubricant, electronic potting, liquid silicone rubber, silica gel, and so on.

It is any liquid polymerized siloxane with organic side chains. The most important member is polydimethylsiloxane. These polymers are of their relatively high thermal stability and their lubricating properties.

Main Applications of Dimethyl Silicone Oil

1. Used as insulation, lubrication, shockproof, dustproof oil, dielectric fluid and heat carrier.
2. It is used as an additive for defoaming, stripping, paint and daily cosmetics.
3, used for the processing of sewing thread, increase lubrication, can continue to line on high-speed sewing machine.
4. It is used for soft finishing of fabrics, increasing the lubricity of fabrics and increasing the smoothness, fullness and elasticity of fabrics.

Physical property

Packing and storage:

1. 200kg / drum, IBC drum.
2. Storage in dry, ventilated place under normal temperature. No mixed storage with acid and alkali substance. The storage place should be provided fire equipment.
3. Do not use those equipment and tools which easy to produce sparks.

Shelf life

Original characteristics remain intact for 1 years, if kept in recommended storage.
