1. Q: How to pack the product?
A: Our goods are packed by cartons, usually 2 or 4 rolls per carton, and 1 roll per PE bags, 25 cartons per pallet, pallet side with stretch film , or we are able to packed as your demands.
2. Q: How many rolls can be full fitted into one container, such as 20FT, 40FT?
A: Due to the goods has many specifications, so the package is different, we need confirm which products is you want, then we will calculate for you accordingly.
3. Q: How about hot melt adhesive film?
A: It is just a film, and the basic material is release paper. But the film is solid in room temperature, when reach its melt point, it is able to bond other materials, but different materials hot melt adhesive film have different performances and different usages, we need understand your demands, and then offer fit hot melt adhesive film for you.
4. Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM?
A: Yes, we do. By the way, we have a technical team, they have rich experience, able to help you R&D new products. So if you need bonding some special materials, please don’t hesitated to contact us.
5. Q: Do you provide free sample?How many days it will spend?
A: Yes, we provide free sample, but you need to pay the courier charge. And we will arrange the samples for you 1 to 3 workdays and it will take 3 to 7days on the transportation.
6. Q: What’s your delivery time?
A: We are factory, so we can efficiently control the production time. But we will produce well all of goods for you ASAP when we received your deposit, usually is 5 to 15 workdays.
