Applications:
Hunter-MEN HT01-20A is for adhesion in garments accessories, footwear, handbags, luggage, embroidery, hot fix and crafts and so on.It's mainly used for packaging paper,carpet,aluminium-plastic panel,embroidery patch.
HOW TO USE:
Hot melt adhesive film have 2 layers(release paper +hot melt adhesive film)
1. Put hot melt adhesive film on the bonding material A, and release paper layer is up, hot melt adhesive film layer is down,the sequence: release paper +hot melt adhesive film+material A
2.Put release paper +hot melt adhesive film+material A in hot pressure machine,and hot pressing on the release paper side
3.After that cooling, peel out the release paper
4.Put material B on the hot melt adhesive film,,the sequence: material A+hot melt adhesive film+material B, then hot pressing again
Note: Due to the different bonding materials have different heat-shielding performance, the operation parameters in the technical data are only for reference. The specific hot pressing temperature, pressure and time shall be adjusted according to the different bonding materials, operating equipment and process.(Please don’t use steam when you operate by flatiron.)
