Application
Two stage machine with two screen changer, so that it can fliter much more impurity. Meanwhile the machine with one vacuum degassing and one natural degassing, then the final pellets will be more beautiful. The machine is with high performance and high efficiency, Screw is designed with differennt type for different, and the heater also can use Cost Aluminium, cost copper, alloy, keramic or others.
Special design
1. You can use normal hopper to feed the material and you also can use force feeder to feed the material into the extruder.
2. You can use rotary charger to send the material into the feeder, and you also can use belt conveyer to send the material into the feeder, but for rigid crushed material, rotary chager is enough.
3. Water-ring hot die face cutter way, the die face is different, you should tell me which main material you do, then we will do the die face for you.
4. Single stage and two stage extruder also is possible, while two stage is more stable, and the capacity will be higher then single stage.
