Description of granulator

The pellet machine is a professional equipment for pelletizing and cloth pelleting. Driven by a motor, a V-belt wheel, and a worm gear, under the action of an eccentric crankshaft and a lifting rack, the pentagonal hob on the gear shaft is periodically reciprocated. The material moves continuously and is controlled by the gap between the screen and the rotor to extrude particles. Its production capacity varies with the moisture, type, viscosity and mesh purpose of the material, and it can produce various specifications of particles. When smashing dry materials, the condensed materials are smashed in the drum by the pentagonal hob, and the dry materials are forced to pass through the screen.

One machine has three functions of granulation, crushing and cloth, which can achieve the purpose of multi-purpose machine.
