FeCrAl (Fecralloy) Fiber Mat/Fiber Fabric is engineered for metal fiber burners including radiant burners and gas infrared burners. This advanced material operates effectively across a wide temperature range up to 1100°C, offering exceptional oxidation resistance and form stability compared to other alloys.
Technical Description
Manufactured from iron-chromium-aluminum alloy wire using a bundle drawing process, Fecral fiber features diameters ranging from 8μm to 40μm. This electrothermal alloy demonstrates high electrical resistance, low temperature coefficient, extended service life, high surface load capacity, and superior oxidation resistance, making it suitable for higher temperature environments than standard stainless steel fibers.
