Product Process:

1. The molds will be placed inside the pallet which is made by wood,and the pallet willbe fix closely by the pneumatic lock andkeep all in one transporting level.
2. With mul-tiple vibration devices the pallet will bemoved smoothly which is drived by the hy-draulic pump station.The feeding systemwill start only whenthe pallet arrive the po-sition which is controlled by the signal,thenfeeding the concrete by times (seonds) ,after concrete filled ,the pallet will go through the transporting line step by step and for auto packing.
3. The pallet pack-ing system use servo motor with PLC controller to pack the pallet from the bottom level to the top,totally can pack 32pallet at one time,then you can use theforklift machine to move the molds to drying room ,this is the whole working pro-cess.
