Inspired VHC-25 humidification chamber Specification

Installing the VHB10A humidifier and chamber.

• Using the accessories supplied with the device Installation.
• Check that the humidifier is clean and dry.
• Fill the cavity with sterilized water up to the water level

The maximum water level marked on the room. Please read the cavity description for detailed information on how to use the cavity.

• Push the humidifier into the humidifier opening, then use the humidifier to press the button on the top of the humidifier until the button clicks back, indicating that the humidifier is securely attached.

• Connect the supplied air breathing tube to the chamber inlet.
• Connect the inspiratory branch to the chamber outlet

• Connect the temperature monitoring device (thermometer, temperature sensor, etc.) to the patient end of the inspiratory limb.

• Turn on the fan or air supply.
• Connect the power cord to a properly grounded outlet and the power supply must have the power rating specified in this manual. The humidifier and the chamber are ready.

The VHB10A is designed to be used for air supply such as the iVent 201 or other fans that meet the requirements of IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1-2.

The following additional accessories are required: Humidification Chamber (e.g. VHC20), breathing circuit (e.g. 51003200).

1) When installing the chamber, make sure the humidifier and chamber are lower than the patient.

2) When using a humidifier, if the chamber is tilted at an angle greater than the maximum allowable angle, the water in the chamber can flow directly into the patient's breathing circuit or air supply unit.

3) Do not add more water than the maximum level indicated on the humidifier.

4) Before turning on the humidifier, make sure that air is flowing through the chamber and the breathing circuit.

5) Do not use the device with flammable anesthetic gas, otherwise it may cause an explosion.

6) Use the device only with the humidification chamber and air tubing recommended by the manufacturer of Vincent Medical Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
