Brief Introduction

The network connector allows you to connect the monitor to a central monitoring system, another monitor or a computer. Implementation of functions such as bed monitoring, notification, online software update, etc.

The monitor's network connector is a standard RJ45 connector. Connect the monitor to a central monitoring system or computer for online updating or data printing. Can also be connected to other patient monitors for bedside monitoring.

1. Connect the other end of the network cable to the monitor's network connection.

2. Connect the other end of the network cable to the hub or switch of the central monitoring system, to the network port of the computer, or to the network port of another patient monitor.

• l Different network cables can be used for different connections. Contact our customer service for more information.

• l Only personnel authorized by Mindray can perform the system update via the network interface.

wireless network settings

The monitor can be configured as a wireless network and it can be connected wirelessly to the CMS (Central Monitoring System), in which case it forms a monitoring network with the CMS.

Note

• If the monitor is connected via a network port, use this connection instead of a wireless network.
• When configuring a wireless network, a “√” mark will appear in front of “Wireless Net” in the DEVICE CONFIG LIST menu.

Select Wireless network settings from the User maintenance menu. The following menu will appear. If the monitor is connected to the central monitoring system via a flash adapter, the ESS ID and CHANNEL NUMBER must be set correctly. You can get more information from the technician responsible for the hospital's central control system.
