Handling precautions related to usage

(1) General Precautions 1) Please do not make a diagnosis based only on the inspection results of this device. Diagnosis should be carried out comprehensively on the basis of the doctor's full knowledge of the device's functions, combined with clinical symptoms and other examination results.

2) The power cord must use the 3-pin plug power cord in the accessories and connect to a protectively grounded 3-pin socket. When using other power cords or connecting to a two-pin outlet, the patient (subject) and operator may receive electric shock. In addition, the performance of this device may not be satisfactory. Use this device for battery operation where the included 3-pin plug power cord cannot be used.

3) Do not connect the chip end of the sensing line to anything other than the electrode. Also, do not allow unconnected chip terminals and unmounted electrodes to touch metal or other conductive objects on the bed. Contact with objects that are not equipotential may cause the patient (subject) to receive an electric shock. Also, there may be noise in the waveform and it may not be measured correctly.

4)Due to internal signal processing, the ECG output of this device has a time delay than the actual time. When using the output signal as a synchronization signal for other devices, be sure to account for the effect of time delay.

5) This device handles personal information (patient information). Install in a properly managed environment that is not easily accessible to outsiders.

6)When saving the examination results in the electronic preservation system of medical records, please select a system that meets the requirements of laws and regulations.

7) Check the correct input of data to prevent loss and mistake. Be sure to enter especially when the inspection data is managed only by electronic storage.

8) Be careful not to injure your hand with the cutter of the recorder. Record Please load paper using the specified method.
