► Connection to AC mains
The display can operate on AC power when connected to the AC adapter or docking station. Before connecting the device to power, check that
the voltage and frequency values of the power cable match those of the power adapter or docking station.
► Power connection via AC adapter
Follow this procedure to connect the N1 to the AC power source using the AC adapter:
1. Connect the N1 to the AC adapter.
2. Connect the female end of the power cord to the AC adapter and the male end of the power cord to a power outlet.
3. Check if the external power indicator is on. The external power indicator is located in the lower right corner of the screen. When the power is
not connected, the external power indicator is off. When the power is turned on, the external power indicator lights green.
► Connecting AC power through a docking station
Follow this procedure to connect the N1 to AC power through the docking station: 1. Connect the N1 to the docking station. 2. Connect the female
end of the power cord to the AC power input on the base and the male end of the power cord to an electrical outlet. 3. Verify that the external
power indicator on N1 and the docking station is on.
► WARNING
•Always use the power cord supplied with the monitor.
• Always use the power supply specified by Mindray.
• Before connecting the device to power, check that the voltage and frequency values of the power cord match those of the AC adapter and docking station.
• Use the cable tie to prevent the power cord from falling.
• Use an AC power source when using N1 with the docking station.
• Use the battery if you have doubts about the integrity of the protective conductor or the installation's protective conductor system.
