► Intended use of Edan F6 Fetal & Maternal Monitor
The F6 Fetal and Maternal Monitor is used for both invasive and non-invasive fetal monitoring during prenatal care, labor and delivery. It is
intended for use by trained and qualified personnel in prenatal units and delivery rooms only. The F6 Fetal and Maternal Monitor provides stress-
free testing for pregnant women above 28 weeks of gestation. The fetal heart rate can be monitored externally via ultrasound and uterine activity
can be monitored via TOCO sensors. Alternatively, you can monitor the fetal heart rate internally using DECG and monitor uterine activity using
IUPC.
