Description

The main purpose of the water collection cup of the anesthesia gas monitor is to collect water vapor in the exhaled gas to prevent it from entering the monitor, thereby protecting the detection module from corrosion. Specifically, the water collection cup collects the exhaled water vapor on the breathing circuit of the anesthesia machine and condenses it into water to prevent moisture from entering the anesthesia machine, and cools the water vapor with body temperature collected by the collection tube into water to prevent the water from entering the monitor and corroding the detection module, thereby protecting the monitor from damage.

Compatible with PHiliphh M1019A anesthesia gas monitor. Water separators are widely used in ETCO2 monitoring. It not only removes most of the water vapor during human breathing, but also has a filtering function to prevent impurities from entering the monitor and contaminating the gas measurement sensor.

The water trap which apply to the moisture content in higher level is more effectively. According to the original manufacturer's requirements, a water separator can only be used for one patient and cannot be used for different patients to avoid cross infection.

In addition, once the water separator is about to be filled with water, it must be replaced with a new one immediately to prevent water from entering the monitor and damaging the CO2 module.
