► Using a USB Memory Stick

The TC10 ECG can be configured to allow or deny data exchange between the ECG and the USB flash drive.

If your ECG is configured to allow USB data exchange, you can use a USB flash drive to send commands to your ECG from a computer with the

WebSelect utility installed, and you can use a USB flash drive to transfer the complete ECG from your ECG as an XML or PDF file. You can also

save the custom settings you specify on the Setup screen as a custom settings file using a USB flash drive. This custom settings file can be

transferred to other ECGs to help speed up the setup process. For more information on using the WebSelect utility, see the OrderVue and

PageWriter ECG Guide. This guide can be downloaded from the Philiph InCenter website.

The USB flash drive can store up to 200 ECGs. Make sure the USB flash drive is firmly inserted into the USB connector.

WARNING 

Do not insert or remove a USB flash drive from the electrocardiograph while the electrocardiograph is collecting ECG data from the patient. l

Use the USB flash drive only to transfer data between the PageWriter ECG monitor and your computer. Do not use the USB flash drive on other

devices.

Philiph does not guarantee that all USB flash drives are compatible with the PageWriter TC10 ECG monitor. Philiph does not supply or test

specific USB flash drives and cannot guarantee that a USB flash drive meets EMC requirements when connected to the PageWriter TC10

electrocardiograph.

► Using a USB barcode reader

A barcode reader is an optional accessory for quickly entering identification information by scanning barcodes. A linear barcode reader can be

used. 2D barcode readers are also supported.
